Overall, I thought they were just ok. A simple glaze spooned over them helped some. The salt and baking soda ratio made these too salty which gave them a bitter aftertaste which fought with the fabulous spices. I will cut the salt in half next time. The spice blend was lovely though. For whatever reason, the tops never did crack for me so I over baked the first batch waiting for that to appear. Next time I might take your Snickerdoodle recipe and tweak it with the spices and molasses.
