A tip for future reference: When cutting up sticky, dried fruits (dates, figs, apricots) spray some non-stick spray on your knife...it should come out great. Also, having a hot knife makes it easier. Dip the blade in hot water.<BR/><BR/>I've been in a baking mood lately, and this looks like it would hit the spot....as does the Chocolate Orbit cake. I guess I'll have to go and buy some fabulous chocolate.<BR/><BR/>Thanks for such a great blog!
